That's exactly why I don't offer generic programs that ignore what your body is telling you. Instead, I help you understand the why behind your setbacks and guide you toward lasting solutions.

Sports and athletics greatly shaped my youth and early adulthood. I know all too well what it's like to "push through the pain" and rely on compensatory movements just to keep going. I lived through the frustration of never understanding why my body kept breaking down—until I finally connected the dots between pain, imbalances, and overuse.
I believe everyone deserves to move confidently and without fear of their next injury -
