Sports and athletics greatly shaped my youth and early adulthood. I know all too well what it's like to "push through the pain" and rely on compensatory movements just to keep going. I lived through the frustration of never understanding why my body kept breaking down—until I finally connected the dots between pain, imbalances, and overuse.

I believe everyone deserves to move confidently and without fear of their next injury -

Every program is built around your body’s unique needs. Personal training sessions are available as 1:1 sessions, buddy sessions, or small groups (3 +) for individuals ages 12+.
