Yes, training with a partner or in a small group (3-5 people) can be an engaging, motivating, and cost effective way to stay consistent. Please contact me to discuss your individual needs so we can determine the best approach, whether that's individual training, partner sessions, or small group training.
I offer both individual session rates and discounted packages. Full pricing details coming soon. Please get in touch below.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To avoid being charged for your session please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This allows me to offer that time slot to another client and keep the schedule running smoothly. I appreciate your understanding and respecting both our times.
Note: I understand emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Accommodations will be made on a case by case basis, just communicate as soon as you're able.
You can self schedule your session anytime through my Appointy link. Or feel free to reach out via email or with the booking form below to set up a consult call prior to scheduling.

Yes, I regularly work with clients who have a history of injuries or mobility challenges. This includes individuals with Parkinson's, joint replacements, old athletic injuries, and mechanical movement limitations. My approach centers around corrective exercises and mobility training. I begin by identifying imbalances or movement restrictions, then we will work together to restore function, improve movement patterns, and build strength safely.
Each training session is 60 minutes long. This allows enough time for a full warm up, focused work tailed to your goals, and a proper cooldown or mobility work as needed.
