what to expect at your first private or group training session

Your first personal training session begins with a conversation and a movement assessment so I can understand your goals, training history, and any current limitations. From there, I
  • Assess mobility, stability, and movement patterns
  • Introduce foundational strength exercises
  • Establish a clear plan moving forward

You’ll leave with an understanding of why we are doing the specific targeted exercises, instead of just going through the motions or “just doing what I tell you to.”  

For A First Group Class
Expect a welcoming, supportive environment with clear coaching throughout class. No prior experience is required. Sessions include:
  • A guided warm-up
  • Strength and/or conditioning work with options for all levels
  • Coaching cues and modifications as needed

Comfortable athletic clothing that you can move freely in
